Conair adds touch of control at show


Hall 10/J59 Conair will introduce its DC-T TouchView control system for polymer drying systems as part of a central drying cell built around a W300 Carousel Plus desiccant dryer and four-hopper Resin Works system with Drying Monitor. The DC-T control features an 8-inch graphical touch- screen interface which shows all system information at a glance, including current and historical temperature data and precise dew-point control. The unit also provides a gateway for control of multi-hopper central drying cells, such as the company’s ResinWorks system, which

combines multiple hoppers with integral air manifolds, ducting and wiring on a platform for simplifi ed shipping, installation and operation. Up to 15 hoppers equipped with Conair temperature controls can be linked to the DC-T for monitoring and duplicate control. All settings can be made, viewed and adjusted at the dryer. The company will also show
