Suzanne Shaw, Patron of The Brain Tumour Charity, will be our guest speaker for the night
After a rigorous selection process, the 2013 finalists have been selected and final preparations are underway.
Guest speaker announced We’re delighted to reveal our guest speaker for the occasion. Suzanne Shaw is sure to understand the nature of the PA role that sees you booking trains and flights one minute and then overseeing a major event the next. Suzanne’s varied career has seen her perform to millions as part of pop band Hear’Say, take to the stage to appear in musicals including Summer Holiday and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and also appear on the small screen as a TV actress. Suzanne is the newest patron of The Brain Tumour Char- ity – an organisation that is close to her heart. In September 2012 she lost her father to a brain tumour. His death had a massive impact on Suzanne and her fam- ily and so they now feel it’s of huge impor- tance to raise awareness and funds for this vital charity and to share their story. “The Brain Tumour Charity is such an incredi- ble organisation; not only is it about fund- ing vital research and raising awareness, it’s also about the support they provide to brain tumour sufferers and their fami- lies,” explains Suzanne about the valuable work the charity does. “I’m looking forward to being as hands-on as possible and to help grow this fantastic charity.” Suzanne will be attending the Exec-
