The final combination of Rüdén and Borén’s visions were underscored by the Martin solution.

Pro JGS Sound and Video, based in Bratislava, supplied 40 high speed, graphic effects- ready Alpha Profile 1500s and 20 Alpha Spot HPE 700S featuring optical and graphic devices, along with 20 extremely high luminous efficiency Alpha Wash 700s all produced by Clay Paky. Superstar is a joint Czech and Slovak

The production company MediaPro Pictures asked JGS to supply them with lighting for this production and Clay Paky’s range was chosen. Julius Szaraz from JGS discusses: “SuperStar is a very popular TV show here in Czech and the producers, Prague-based company MediaPro Pictures, wanted to ensure that they got that all important live music vibe going. MediaPro Pictures already stocks a large number of Clay Paky luminaires and for Superstars they felt they were the obvious choice.” Pro JGS is the Czech Republic’s distributor of Clay Paky luminaires and states that their use on this project has been a thorough success. The Dubai World Trade Centre was


recently home to Watan Al Ahlam (Country of Dreams). This musical performance was created by the UAE Ministry of Education and involved students from schools across the UAE showcasing their talents to an invitation-only audience comprising of government officials and locals.
