Double Act

Twin brothers Bob and Mike Bryan can be considered the greatest tennis

doubles team in the history of the game. Together they have produced some

astonishing accomplishments racking up stats that serve as a testament to

their domination of the sport. Since winning the US Open title in 2012 they have won a Gold medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London and won every Grand Slam title since with wins in the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon to achieve a rarity in

the game of tennis known as a “Golden Slam”. Add to this the chance to achieve a “Calendar Slam” if they win this year’s US Open and it becomes apparent that the Bryan Bro’s have taken men’s doubles tennis to the next level where they’ll wait in anticipation for their

challengers to meet them.Carl Leo spoke to the Bryan Bro’s to get their views on their achievements, the doubles game and how their famous chest bump celebration came into being.
