CTF 1200 °C Wire Wound Single Zone Furnaces Tube furnaces with larger diameter and longer worktubes
The CTF series are like the MTF but have larger diameter worktubes for heating samples directly or by using an accessory worktube. This is also required if gas tight or vacuum end seals are to be used.
Features 1200 °C maximum operating temperature 65 mm, 75 mm or 100 mm worktube inner diameters 550 mm, 700 mm or 900 mm heated tube length Integral wire wound worktube 301, PID temperature controller with digital set & display Delayed start / process timer function as standard

CTF 12/65/550 1200°C
CTF 1700 °C and 1800 °C High Temperature Furnaces High-performance tube furnace for RCA (recrystalised alumina) worktubes
Advanced tube furnace technology for heating of relatively small amounts of ceramic materials and other high melting point samples with a high degree of uniformity, especially where an atmosphere other than air is required.
The CTF series provides optimal conditions for heat treatment of small amounts of high melting point samples.
Features 1700 °C and 1800 °C maximum operating temperature Utilising molybdenum disilicide elements Using worktubes with outer diameters of up to 90 mm 300 mm or 600 mm heated tube lengths Horizontal confi guration
8 Segment programmable controller and separate over-temperature protection
1800°C
Optional 3216P1 Programmer
