Caseking seeks retailers, launches exclusive brands in the UK
Launches BitFenix and Prolimatech high performance chassis, cooling and modding products By Laura Barnes
PC HARDWARE supplier Caseking is on the hunt for retailers and system builders to grow its UK partner network. The German company – which
acquired gaming specialist online retailer Overclockers UK last year – is a supplier of products for PC enthusiasts across Europe. Now Caseking is launching several
exclusive brands in the UK, including BitFenix and Prolimatech high performance chassis, cooling and modding products. “We are looking for retailers and
system builders to join us in bringing these products to gamers and enthusiasts,” Steve Ling, executive director at Overclockers UK, told PCR. “As we build our partner network, we will introduce more exciting and exclusive brands. “Caseking is not just a distributor, we manage the complete channel for our brands to generate user demand and ensure our partners are able to enjoy healthy margins.” After being acquired by Caseking,
Overclockers moved to a new facility in Staffordshire, twice the size of the previous warehouse. And in November last year, the firm opened up a new 100 square metre custom-design outlet, complete with interactive displays for customers to try out the latest hardware on offer.
Caseking has also expanded its storage
facilities, logistics and offices in The Netherlands, France and Poland.

“As we build our partner network, we will introduce more exciting and exclusive
brands.” Steve Ling, Overclockers UK
“Customer service is a key component of our continued success and our new facility in Staffordshire provides a central base to support expansion into the UK market,” said Ling. “By understanding the enthusiast
market, Caseking has built a reputation as experts in chassis, modding, cooling, PC tuning and gaming. We work closely with vendors on product design, marketing and channel management, with many on an exclusive basis.” Caseking’s BitFenix range includes the new Ghost chassis, which features BitFenix Serenitek Silencing material on the front door and side panels to keep
unwanted system noise at bay. Ghost also comes with Spectre fans to keep noise and temperature levels to a minimum. Prolimatech’s products include coolers
and fans featuring aerospace resource- saving technology.
“Caseking’s philosophy from the
very start was a very unique product range, highly professional, transparent, fast processing and superb service,” added Ling. “More than 600,000 satisfied customers in the last seven years is the best evidence that Caseking does an excellent job and will continue getting better.”
