Jennifer Aniston

What’s her secret? Ever wondered how Jennifer Aniston gets her super-toned legs or impossibly pert posterior? The secret to Jen’s toned and taut physique has nothing to do with fad diets or hours on a treadmill, it’s all down to yoga. The star has revealed her favourite fitness pastime is Mandy Ingber’s Yogalosophy. ‘Mandy brought yoga into my life. I’m excited for you to get to experience her, too’ said the Friends star at the launch of Mandy’s fitness DVD, who started working with Ingber in the mid-Nineties. ‘This workout will change your body and your mind. As well as hours of dance rehearsals, the star revealed on her website that she trains for 90 minutes a day with a fitness instructor and loves swimming. In fact, Brit says that her perfect start to the day is: two cups of coffee, a good workout, and taking a swim.

Cameron Diaz

What’s her secret? She may have one of Hollywood’s most famous bodies, but Cameron Diaz works hard for her physique. Her long-time trainer, Teddy Bass, explained that the actress uses a mixture ofPilates, cardio, and weight training to stay in shape: ‘That seems to be the best combination for women over 30,’ Bass explained. ‘Women need weight - it’s great for building the butt. And elongation and smallness is tapped by doing Pilates.’

Jennifer Garner

What’s her secret? She may be a busy mum of two, but Jennifer Garner still finds time for exercise. The actress revealed how she fits fitness into family life: ‘I started feeling like I didn’t have time or energy for (exercise), but now I realize I didn’t have energy because I wasn’t exercising. So I work out with my trainer or do an hour of Pilates at 6 or 7am. I’m done by the time my household is awake. I don’t do it every day, and if I need to cancel, I cancel.’
