She slimmed down so dramatically after her divorce from Tom Cruise last year, that it earned her ‘best revenge body’ award of 2012.


One year on and Katie Holmes is defi nitely back to her beautiful best, all glowing skin and toned limbs.


Here, we reveal her hot body secrets. “What makes me beautiful is great lighting. I’m not


going to lie,” joked the 34-year-old recently. We don’t know why, but something tells us that this isn’t 100% true!


Katie’s Workout: “I love Bikram yoga. I like the sweat. I feel like it’s good for me and good for my skin,”


says Katie, who ran the New York marathon in 2007. She’s always been very sporty, but divorce takes all that energy away from you. She’s been focusing less on those aggressive gym workouts and adopting more calming exercise like yoga, Pilates and running and eating a sensible diet.


Katie’s Diet: “I avoid anything with caffeine and focuses on a ‘triangle meal’ template, which involves


picking something from three food groups: carbs, protein and fruit or veg. At weekends, i’ll allow myself a treat, such as a deli sandwich or some chocolate, but mainly I eat healthily throughout the week. I have proper meals, but I make sure it’s nutritious, wholesome food.” A close source says, everyone’s been complimenting her on how amazing she looks. It makes her feel like she can achieve anything she wants in life.


Katie’s Me time: “With all those years spent as a doting mother and wife, I’m fi nally learning to


appreciate the value of a little ‘me time.” Katie frequents a Korean spa on New York’s Fifth Avenue where she gets massages and body scrubs to keep her skin looking great. It’s bliss and Katie swears by it for keeping her skin hydrated. No one knows her there either…it’s the perfect antidote to her slightly crazy celebrity life.
