BLUEWATER RETAINS AWARD
Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent has once again successfully retained the Safer Parking Scheme’s Park Mark status for its eight parking facilities.
Mike Bibby, BPA area manager for the south east, said: ‘Jackie Passey, operations manager, and her team are to be congratulated on their efforts, which keep any issues to an absolute minimum. ‘The very busy facilities are used by about 10m vehicles every year, yet the number of crime-related incidents is kept very low – just 32 in 2012.

‘Its management practices have always been second- to-none and improvements are constantly being made to enhance the visitor’s experience. I would personally like to take this opportunity to congratulate all personnel involved; Bluewater is a worthy recipient of the Park Mark awards.’
