Keeping Life Fresh for Self and Students

Discovering Self in Travels to Teotihuacan
T
he Sacred Pyramids of Teoti- huacan in Mexico are known as a place of ancient spiritual power. Connecticut healer Gayle Franceschetti, MSEd, MSC, CHt will be guiding ‘A Journey to Self’ in Teotihuacan (“Teo”) from August 1-6. This trip is for anyone seeking to experience an inner journey to expand awareness and reveal belief structures which cre- ate self-delusions that hide one’s authentic self. Once revealed, participants can go beyond such beliefs to experience the en- ergy of life and create new dreams based on love, gratitude and respect. Each morning, the group will travel to Teo to ex- plore such sites as the pyramids of the sun and moon and the plazas of air, water, fire and earth. Franceschetti will explain each location’s special powers and help the group tap into energy to unlock self-limiting beliefs and promote positive change. Attendees can relax and experience comfort and authentic Mexican cuisine (veg- etarian and gluten-free needs will be met) at the accommoda- tions of the Dreaming House. Afternoons include free time for a
