Change Your Story, Change Your Life

A

s Chief Muse at The Folklure Group, LLC., Juliette Storch is

a transformational business and life coach. For over 20 years, she has worked with corporations, business leaders, non-profits and individuals to build strategies, manifest dreams and create opportunities. With her mantra, “change your story, change your life,” she aims to inspire and advise her clients to break through what’s holding them back so they can manifest their purpose and mission. As part of this intention, beginning June 12 she will be facilitating a monthly discussion group, “Soul of Happiness: Real Food For Your Body, Mind and Spirit.” Meetings will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month at the Barnes & Noble in Milford. The beginning discussions will be framed with Sonia Choquette’s book “Traveling at the Speed of Love” and the connection between mind, body, spirit and “real” (whole, non-processed) food. Instead of the tendency

to focus on calorie-counting, specific diets and the attempts to control foods and eating, Storch will guide discussions concerning how everyone’s body and intuition already know what’s essential to eat.

Barnes and Noble Milford’s location is 1375 Boston Post Road in Milford, CT. Juliette Storch can be reached at 203.305.8091, juliette@folkluregroup.com, or online at folkluregroup.com. Her new book “How Cinderella Lost Her Glass Slipper and Found Herself,” a tale about getting real and being happy, will soon be available at Amazon.com. See ad on page 45.

You are the gift you bring to the world.” Martin-Neville is one of Connecticut’s leading figures brought to mind by this month’s theme of “Inspired Living.” As shared in her book, “Dreams Are Only the Beginning: Becoming Who You Were Meant To Be,” (which has an accompanying workbook and was revised/re- printed last year), Martin-Neville followed her dreams out of the turbulent projects of South Boston to achieve success and recognition through perseverance, courage, resilience and humor. Her experi- ences along the way have included being: a Catholic nun (after initially being refused admittance because she was illegitimate); international airline stewardess; PhD recipient; clinical instructor in a medi-
