Application Dermoscopy, digital imaging The innovative new VEOS Dermatoscopes from Canfield Imaging Systems combine ease of use with the power of mobile imaging. The VEOS DS3 provides a complete digital dermoscopy solution with an integrated iPod Touch, swing-away lens and dual mode lighting. The precision optical system has both contact and non-contact magnetic lens cones and also pivots out of the way so close-up images can be automatically tagged to an overview photo. Using simple on-screen controls, select cross-polarised or non-polarised lighting, capture an image directly into the patient record and more. The DS3 features wireless connectivity to email, the internet or to Canfield’s Mirror/ DermaGraphix solutions. The VEOS HD1 and HD2 hand held scopes deliver crisp, bright visualisation in a compact, ergonomic design with a choice of viewing and lighting options. Add the optional one-click iPhone attachment and VEOS app for a feature-rich mobile imaging solution.

ZELTIQ® COOLSCULPTING®

Application Body contouring The CoolSculpting® procedure is the only, non-invasive procedure that uses advanced cooling technology to gently and effectively target and eliminate fat in specific areas of a patient’s body through a proprietary technology called Cryolipolysis. This procedure involves no incisions and no anesthesia and reduces the fat layer without harming the skin or other tissues. The CoolSculpting procedure can reduce unwanted fat and bulges in the flank (love handles) and abdomen. CoolSculpting is not technique dependent and requires no staff time once the patient is set up and the treatment is underway. The CoolSculpting treatment is convenient for most patients, lasting 1-3 hours. During their treatment, they can read, work on their laptop computer, listen to music or just relax. Most patients typically resume their routine activities, including returning to work and exercise regimens on the same day as the procedure. It is designed for use in a medical office specialising in aesthetic procedures.
