Mich., is a single-station, horizontal parted flaskless molding machine (16 x 20) designed as a first step in switching from manual to automatic molding. Te main features include aeration sand filling technology, auto- matic pattern spray and PLC controls with diagnostics.

Compact Moldmaker

• Te DISAMATIC 2110 is a compact vertical molding machine for facilities manufacturing 15.7 x 19.7 in. (400 x 500 mm) mass-produced ferrous, aluminum and copper castings from 3.9 to 12.4 in. (100-315 mm) thick.

• Te machine runs vertical and horizontal tooling or com- binations (up to six parts) with a simple conversion.

is managed from a single process controller. Coremaking Machines

• The NBB line of core machines from Tinker Omega Manufacturing, Springfield, Ohio, produce nobake cores using the same resin system as the nobake mold- ing system.

• Disa, Oswego, Ill., offers the machine in two versions, the standard LP and the high-output MK3 for producing up to 300 uncored molds per hour.

Moldmaking Machine

• Te ACM RapidMolder from HD Patterns and Match- plates Inc., New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada, automati- cally makes a chemically bonded sand casting mold in minutes. A single operator controls the workstation without heavy lifting.

• An optional mold spray station is available and the ma- chine is designed for quick pattern changes.

Coremaking Machines

• Te CoreCenter from Laempe Reich, Trussville, Ala., performs the entire core production process. Sand mixing, core shooting, gas generation, and sand and additives supply
