irrus luminaires from Riegens Lighting have been used to help reduce energy consumption while ensuring a high quality lit environment at Nestlé’s newly extended Product Technology Centre (PTC) in York. Riegens Illusion luminaires have also been used in refurbished offices. All of the fittings have been supplied with DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) control gear to optimise the control of the lighting. The suspended Cirrus luminaires have been supplied in two configurations – stand-alone using 2 x 28W T5 fluorescent lamps or in continuous rows of two to six fittings, each fitted with 2 x 54W T5 lamps.
Cirrus
luminaires have been specially developed for office and other commercial interiors, using an advanced optical system utilising micro prism panels, dedicated back reflectors and diffuser films to ensure a uniformly lit and dynamic environment.

ith its new Junction, wenglor sensoric ltd is one of the first manufacturers to succeed in combining EtherCAT with the Power
over Ethernet (PoE) operation mode. The Junction provides signal forwarding and power supply in a single unit, thus minimizing wiring and installation expenses. Depending on type, up to seven EtherCAT products can be connected to the rugged EtherCAT Junctions with IP67 protection. Two I/O ports are available as well. Simple access to process and parameters data, as well as device configuration from any location, make operation easy for the user. The Junction also make it possible to expand the overall system simply and flexibly with additional system components.
