The wing is built on a flat surface except for the tip which has washout built in. Remember to be careful as there are both left and right assemblies.


The wing is built in two sections. This section (above left) is the inside section showing the landing gear frame with lead shot bags being used to hold the assembly as it dries. Outer section of the wing (above right). Note the two cardboard tubes used to run leads for the outer aileron and flap. One of the


several hatch covers (below left) with a pushrod used to actuate the aileron. Although not shown remember to use clevis keepers to prevent the linkage from opening. Before gluing the stabilizer in place (below right), check that the stabilizer is both square to the fuselage and parallel to the wing saddle.
