have time to talk through the many options available to operators,” said the company’s James Luck. “Toby Hoyte and I can help with all sorts of enquiries from picking out the right jukebox for your site, to picking and profiling the music, to going online and using the various extra features to maximise cashbox.” Sean Kelly, from Pat Kelly Machines, added “Sound Leisure Jukeboxes have

become an integral part of our business; backed up by the superb service we receive from Toby and his team.” “The relationships we establish with our customers form the foundation of the

service we provide,” explained Hoyte. “People know that when they call us we will pull out all the stops to help them – whether it be by providing music for a special event in just a few days with our free Venue Favourites service to providing a free Booster pack to bring an old jukebox bang up to date.” Tony Garret, Account Manager, Essex Leisure has always found it good to talk

agreed: “We have been using the Venue Favourite service from Soundnet for many years. It has been crucial to the ongoing success of our jukebox sites. In recent months we have noticed that the service has got even better – requests are processed in days with all songs being supplied.”
