When you are ready to book, please ensure that you have the following information to hand

Once you’ve booked
Deposits When you are happy with the accommodation offered and the fare quoted you will be given a booking reference number. You will then need to pay the deposit of 15% per person. For bookings made within 90 days of departure, the full balance will be due. For passengers booking direct with P&O Cruises, deposits are only payable by credit or debit card. We only accept Visa/Delta debit cards. We do not accept Switch or Maestro. Deposits are not returnable in the case of cancellation but may be recoverable subject to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance.
Paying the balance of your fare P&O Cruises must receive the balance of your fare no later than 90 days before departure from the UK. If you are booking through a travel agent they may request payment of the balance in advance of this date in order to ensure that your monies reach us by the balance due date. If it is not received by P&O Cruises by the due date we reserve the right to end the contract between us and re-sell the accommodation held for you, which will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Your final balance can be taken from the credit or debit card used to pay your deposit. We only accept Visa/Delta debit cards. We do not accept Switch or Maestro.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please make it payable to P&O Cruises and send it to: Finance AR, Carnival UK, Carnival House 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton SO15 1ST.
Once you have made your booking the following will happen: • We will send you a Booking Confirmation showing your cruise details, cabin booked and fare payable. This shows the date the final balance is due. Please check this carefully.
• The day after your booking is made your Cruise Personaliser is available! Your Cruise Personaliser is unique to you and holds all the information relating to your holiday. You can view essential information, including visa and vaccination requirements, embarkation and disembarkation arrangements, build your own personalised e-brochure, pre- reserve and pre-pay for your shore excursion options, view dress codes, manage your dining and cabin layout (bed configuration) preferences, provide essential immigration details and view our spa and little luxuries information.
• Essential immigration information is required before you travel, you will need to have your passport, next of kin and travel insurance details handy, all of this information should
be updated for each person travelling through your Cruise Personaliser.
• All travel documentation, including E-Tickets and Luggage Labels, should be retrieved and printed through your Cruise Personaliser. An email notification will be sent to you advising you when these documents are available.
• For those passengers travelling on a charter flight, you can pre-purchase your preferred flight seats through Cruise Personaliser. Seats are subject to availability and close one week prior to departure.
• As your holiday approaches you will receive a few emails from us, so keep an eye out for them. These will contain important information about your holiday, therefore please ensure we have the correct email address for you, this of course can be updated through your Cruise Personaliser.
Please note that passengers under the age of eighteen must travel with a parent or companion over the age of eighteen.
P&O Cruises reserves the right to levy a charge for payments made to P&O Cruises by credit card. You will be advised of the rate of any such charge at the time of making a payment.
