HARMAN PROFESSIONAL has made several personnel changes since the end of 2012. Among the appointments, Jaime Albors has been named senior director of global sales operations. Reporting directly to Scott Robbins, Harman Professional executive vice president of worldwide sales, Albors is tasked with immediate oversight of all Harman global sales office operational activities. Processing, Rex Reed has been promoted to director of engineering. In his new role, Reed will oversee engineering for the BSS Audio, dbx, Lexicon and DigiTech brands. He will report directly to John Fitzgerald, vice president and general manager of Harman’s signal processing and amplifier business units. Having joined Harman
Professional after serving as COO of Alfred Music since February 2009, Bryan Bradley
has been named vice president, general manager of the company’s loudspeaker business unit. Andy Flint has been
appointed to the position of senior manager, portable PA marketing, loudspeaker group. In his new role, Flint will handle the portable PA market for Harman Professional’s Loudspeaker Group and its JBL Professional products, and will lead the development of new marketing and product strategies for this segment. Additional appointments
include Jim Ure, now business development manager, installed sound; Marc Lee Shannon who has been named senior manager, business development for its US regional sales office (RSO); and Anton Pukshansky, who has taken the position of territory sales manager for Southern California and Southern Nevada.

Audinate has named Gary Southwell as its new vice
president of product management. Southwell brings more than 20 years of experience in product management and technology leadership within the networking industry and he was one of the early pioneers in deploying routing technology. He previously served as CTO at BTI Systems and spent time at Juniper Networks, Nortel Networks and Ciena.
