Enrollment Fees


Enrollment fees include tuition, materials, scheduled meals, transportation to and from class and evening events, and receptions. Attendees are responsible for transportation to the site, housing, meals, and incidental expenses. For travel agent services, call MacNair Travel at 800-887-8846.

Attendance Policy Participants must attend all classes to receive full credit towards their IOM recognition and required hours towards an industry certification. Please be sure that flight arrangements provide adequate time to complete classes through 4:00 p.m. on the final day of the program.


Payment Policies


Registered participants will receive a confirmation email upon registration indicating credit card payment and balance, course schedule, and site information. Payment is due in full prior to attendance. Institute charges a $30 fee for any returned checks.


Basic Cancellation Policy Registrants unable to attend their scheduled Institute session may transfer their enrollment as a credit to a future Institute session in 2013 or 2014. If cancellation is received less than 14 calendar days prior to the start of the session, there will be a $250 cancellation charge.
