F400/500/650 Value Master Vertical Machining Centers that Redefine Value

Hyundai WIA has redefined the meaning of the word value with its complete range of Value Master - vertical maching centers. Each Value Master machine is configured with several high-performance options as standard. Standard features include: a 30-tool swing arm tool changer, thru spindle coolant, Big Plus Tooling and Rigid Tapping.
Main Spindle
By using ultra precision class angular ball bearings, fast acceleration and deceleration of the main spindle is achieved. The spindle head is designed to minimize the heat displacement of main spindle, and with the use of a hydraulic tool lock system the machining stability has been increased.
Guideway
Rapid high speed axis movement is achieved by the use of linear motion guide ways. This reduces non-cutting time and decreases machining time for greater productivity.
ATC & Magazine
The tool magazine holds 30 tools as standard, which is the largest standard capacity in its class. Random access allows for pre-staging of tools for faster tool changes and increased productivity.
The side mounted arm ATC provides fast and reliable tool changes to help reduce machining cycle times.
Thru Spindle Coolant
Thru Spindle Coolant is standard on all Value Master VMC's and is particularly useful for deep hole drilling and helps increase tool life and decrease cycle time.
