Tauck’s innovative approach harkens back to founder Arthur Sr. in 1925. Helping us keep that pioneering spirit alive, Tauck is fortunate to have six outside members on our board of directors. These proven leaders range from giants in the travel industry to entrepreneurs in unrelated businesses. They provide fresh perspectives and expertise in customer service, marketing, finance, legal and general business management.


Creating and delivering life-changing travel is easier said than done. As my friend and Tauck fan, Phil DiPasquale, recently wrote, “Big things don’t happen unless there is an acute attention to making sure all of the little things are properly taken care of.”


JENNIFER TOMBAUGH


Tauck’s vision becomes reality under the proven leadership of Jennifer Tombaugh, Tauck President since November 2011. Since joining Tauck in 2001, Jennifer has held roles across general management, in marketing, business development and worldwide operations. She holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and prior to joining Tauck, worked at Leo Burnett and Coca-Cola.


Jennifer has built new brands and partnerships at Tauck. She started as brand manager of Tauck Bridges, was a key player in Tauck’s IT systems transformation and, recently, has led Tauck’s partnership with filmmaker Ken Burns. “Jennifer excels at every responsibility she takes on at Tauck. She has been a wonderful partner to me over the past decade,” says Tauck CEO Dan Mahar.
