There were so many memorable moments in Japan. How to choose one? The tangerine given to me by the grandmother sitting across from me on the train; making it to the top of Matsumoto Castle; azuka bean and black sesame ice cream. But the most memorable was helping elementary students on a field trip with their English conversation assignment. They had to ask if they could speak with you and then ask the questions in their workbook and write my answers. They were so fun and we all laughed together!
