This saves money and keeps you warm. • During the day, open shades and curtains to allow solar heating. Close them at night to retain the day’s heat. • Check your home’s weather stripping for air leaks around doors, windows, baseboards, and wherever pipes, wires, and vents enter the house.  you paid for won’t escape. • Have your heating system ser- viced by a contractor who has a -   least once every three months. We have hidden two account numbers somewhere in the articles in this newsletter. The numbers will always be enclosed in parentheses and will look similar to this example 


If you recognize your account


number, all you have to do is give us a call on or before the 8th of the current month and we’ll give you a credit on your bill for the amount stated.


This month’s numbers are worth 


2 cups cut-up cooked chicken 4 cups chicken broth


1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves 


1 bag (1 lb) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained 1 cup Original Bisquick mix 1/3 cup milk


 to boiling, stirring occasionally.


In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk with fork until soft dough  sink into soup, carefully bring them to top of broth using slotted spoon. Reduce heat to medium-low.


 Yield: 6 servings (1 cup each).

Replace any CO  in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms degrade and lose effectiveness over time through environmental contami- nation and age.
