Superman Ultimate Flight adds to the marquee attractions and gives the enthusiasts and Six Flags fans an added reason for repeat visitation,” believes Kaetzel. “While guests have always bee- lined for Medusa and Kong upon arrival, now they’re heading straight to Superman and they really love it.” The new coaster opened in late June. “We knew there would be some slight delays to opening,” acknowledges Kaetzel, “due to the fact
that this is a custom built and designed, prototype ride. And now that it’s up and running, it’s a design that will no doubt be replicated elsewhere. Premier really came through and we’re ecstatic with the product and outcome.”
