The Student Center serves as Eastern’s campus community center and offers numerous activities outside the classroom.

The residential experience

A large part of learning takes place outside of the classroom — it also happens in the dining hall, in the residence halls, in the Student Center and everywhere you’re bound to be on campus. Studies show that students who live on campus are more likely to get involved and learn valuable educational, social and leadership skills. With 12 housing options that range from traditional residence halls to apartment-style complexes,

Eastern offers residential alternatives to fi t every student. That’s why more than 2,700 students call the Eastern campus home. At Eastern, your residence is more than just a place to sleep — it’s also an exciting, active community that will help promote your personal and academic growth. From “Dean’s Cup” competitions to study sessions to hall government meetings, there are plenty of activities in which to get involved.

From fi tness centers and health care services to well-appointed residence halls, students have everything they need right on campus to be healthy, safe and comfortable.
