ONELAN is delighted to have been shortlisted for two AV Awards: Manufacturer of the Year and Digital Signage Project of the Year. The SelfAdvert system from the STI Group is a market research tool to measure the effectiveness of a retail display and what engagement it creates with the shopper – directly at the POS and at little extra cost. The postcardsized box can be discreetly integrated into a display header or critical product information area. It uses a sonar sensor to determine how many shoppers pass by the ‘near’ and ‘far’ zones, and of them, how many looked directly at the display and for what length of time. This system can provide useful footfall, engagement and dwell time at the Point of Purchase.
