ACCORDING TO THE American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), US business travellers award hotels an ACSI score of 72 out of a possible 100 for guest satisfaction, while holidaymakers give them a 77. Hilton tops the ratings with an


ACSI score of 80, followed by Marriott at 78 and Intercontinental on 77, while Hyatt, Best Western and Choice are tied on 76..
