NiNews A double launch for huggle.co.uk

There are celebrations all round for the husband and wife team behind the fabulous huggle store as they launch huggle.co.uk. The 2012 Baby Show For Trade takes place at the National Hall, London, Olympia on 7-9 October and will feature brand new products from a burgeoning list of exhibitors, most notably the first showing of a new launch by Silver Cross. A new exhibition layout will allow for greater interaction between manufacturers and buyers, bringing with it greater opportunities for profitable exchanges and a truly business like atmosphere. The new show website will allow buyers to clearly see what exhibitor launches are happening at the show and to arrange meetings

with those in their marketplace. For outside of show hours the organisers have published a London Guide to help suppliers and buyers get together, stay in the same hotels and make the most of the social opportunities provided.

Among the top buyers who have recently registered to attend are

Babycare (Bradford), Toys R Us, Ocado, That Cute Age, Mothercare and Bentalls. Buyers from Asda, Argos, Boots, JoJo Maman Bébé, Mothercare and John Lewis will also be in attendance as part of the prestigious Rattles to Riches competition taking place on each day of the event. Sponsored by SGS Consumer Testing, Rattles to Riches offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to put ideas in front of high-profile industry personnel at the show who would otherwise be very difficult to access, creating the chance for the ultimate prize of a one-to -one meeting with a major buyer who might decide to put the winning product in their stores.

“The whole Baby Show For Trade team, led by Nicole Muller, Portfolio

Director are looking forward to delivering the third Baby Show For Trade on 7-9 October 2012. With the new innovations and a new competitive pricing structure, the show is going from strength to strength and we look to welcoming our baby and nursery retailers to this must attend event” said Russell Hughes, Show Manager. Cuddledry is voted parents’ favourite

Cuddledry, creators of the original baby apron towel, have done it again! Already multi-award winning, the nursery favourite has scooped yet another accolade, this time thanks to the votes of nearly 90,000 parents across the UK.

The Bounty Made by Mum & Dad

Awards are a celebration of brilliant products, all invented by parents, that make life with a new baby easier. Bounty members were asked to rate a range of products from one to ten, and the Cuddledry apron towel came firmly in the top three, claiming the Bronze Award. “We were absolutely thrilled to find out we’d won the award,” said Helen Wooldridge, one of Cuddledry’s founders. “As parents ourselves, we have always aspired to create products that are genuinely useful to other mums and dads, and it’s a fantastic feeling to know that thousands of parents across the country really do enjoy happier and safer bath times thanks to Cuddledry.” www.cuddledry.com
