THE INDUSTRY’S IRON MAN Interactive Ideas’ sales director Brett Savidge completed his first half Ironman 70.3 mile triathlon in Exmoor early this month. The challenge is one of the toughest of its type in the world, with more than 2,000 athletes taking part. The race comprises of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride and a 13.1-mile run. Said Savidge: “The six months of training was worth it when I crossed the finish line in six hours and 28 minutes. I’ve really enjoyed the challenge and have registered for a full Ironman in Germany next year.”
