TEE TIME
The annual GamesAid Golf & Spa Day raised more than £70,000 for charity. Once again, members of the games industry headed to The Grove, Watford for a day of friendly golfing competition or – for the ladies – luxury spa treatments. Familiar faces included
Koch Media’s Craig McNicol and former Nintendo UK boss David Yarnton.
Some all-too bubbly girls were on hand to wash the golf buggies and help golfers keep track of their balls. Wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more, etc. The event wound down with a swanky dinner and awards ceremony, as well as an auction to raise more funds.
