Vanity Fair at ILTM
One of the world’s leading luxury lifestyle publications, Conde Nast’s Vanity Fair published its ‘On Travel’ annual edition this month.
Editor Victoria Mather was at ILTM 2011 in Cannes immediately before this year’s edition went to print and her ‘Best List’ mentions many ILTM participants including new eco-lodge The Galapagos Island’s Pikaia Lodge on her ‘Best is yet to come’ list.
Minaret Station in New Zealand who – like Pikaia Lodge – chose ILTM as their platform to launch to the luxury travel market features as ‘Best Arrival’ for the helicopter entrance to their luxury camping experience and Victoria deems her ‘Best Departure’ to be the journey by camel from Three Camel Lodge in the Gobi who also took part in ILTM 2011.
