Genuine service builds Dominance Fiberboard puts them at the top of the market

Y

ou may not know it, but Dominance Industries Inc.,

doing business as Pan Pacific Products, is North America’s largest producer of fiberboard stiles and rails. Their plant, located one mile west of Broken Bow on a 62 acre plot of land, is served by Choctaw Electric Cooperative. The company moved to their current location in 1994, making tremendous modifications and upgrades to the new facility.

The first truckload of medium density fiberboard shipped out June 8, 1995. The product is produced with 100 percent pine chips, which makes a light colored fiber board that looks good and machines well. A preferred market for the company is

creating fiber stiles and rails for interior doors. Chyrel Fortner, human resources manager, said the flat density profile also provides the perfect edge for painting. The company also produces megaboard, a medium density fiberboard up to four inches thick.

Dominance Industries builds its business on a simple concept: great

service. “The relationship we have with our customers is just as important as the product we sell,” said Fortner. “Everyone at Pan Pacific Products is committed to personal service— genuine, exceptional, personal service. “

Dominance Industries employs 98 local residents. In addition, the company also purchases chips and many other raw materials locally.
