the subject of little academic research, and human resources experts say much has to be done to promote it


in the


workplace. Alex Lu, branch manager of job


website MacauHR, says the degree of creativity in the workplace is still “not competitive enough” in Macau in com- parison to Hong Kong or Singapore, al- though he adds: “It has been improving over the past  ve years, after many in- ternational companies and hotel-casinos set up business in Macau.” Mr Lu has wide professional experi-
