Dinghies/Tenders

If Lord Nelson was going to build a sailboat this is what it would look like because that is what happened. Jim Backus, marine architect, designed these sturdy boats with a high bow after the New York Moran Tugs of the 50s and 60s. The full displacement bottom is more like a lobster boat to have a slow roll and good performance underway. Victory Tugs were built to last with eleven layers of fiberglass to six inches above the water line and seven layers above that. The interior is hand made of solid wood from a single teak log for matching color and grain. These boats are designed to cruise at 7 knots using less than 2 gallons per hour. Single Cummins 150HP diesel Generator, Inverter, Full Electronics, Auto Pilot, Large Master Stateroom, Separate Shower Room. THIS BOAT IS A SHOWPIECE!
