Arvind Meghani

PROVIDER of billing and customer care solutions ebillz has a new man at the helm. Arvind Meghani has been appointed Managing Director following 13 years of service at the company. His former role was Operations Manager and he started as a

Meghani has already overseen the launch of a new web-based billing engine called ebillz. lite aimed at the smaller reseller market, as well as targeting new entrants in telecoms and IT VARs. And Meghani has ambitious plans to take the ebillz brand further forward. “A customer led development roadmap was launched at the start of the year which has been a tremendous success in delivering features customers want but at no extra cost,” he said. “ebillz has seen a 20 per cent increase in customer numbers in 2011 and we are confident this can be surpassed in 2012.”
