Not sure if you want full-on adrenaline activities all day? Maybe you’d like to pamper yourself a bit as well. Perhaps you thought that an adventure holiday wasn’t for you. Well this holiday is a great combination of activities and action, chill and challenge for mind and body.


What do I learn? You will get the chance to try lots of different things associated with health, beauty and wellbeing, from cardio-circuit and natural beauty sessions to Yoga and self defence, as well as top tips for manicures and hair care. Can I do other activities as well? Yes, each day you will also get to experience a half day of activities from our brilliant multi activity programme and there’s evening entertainment every night.
