Here in the UK we have the best health care system in the world. w this because politicians and
how come we have a huge complementary health industry providing services the public obviously want that the NHS doesn’t?
The NHS does many things well but on some levels it is a mess. It was set up in the aftermath of the second World War with the intention of providing health care that was free at the point of delivery. The costs of this service were to be met by a ‘National Insurance’ scheme. It’s a great idea but it never worked because the costs versus income just never added up. Every therapist has a horror story of how the NHS has failed one of their patients who as a result may have ended up with a seriously compromised quality of life. So now is the time to swop words for action!
