Ambition 24direct complies with all relevant medical and social service standards for the provision of agency staff.


The nursing and care staff that we supply undergo a detailed compliance process of face-to-face interviews and full reference checks. Each interview includes document validation and language skill evaluation. It is carried out locally, in the nearest major town or city to the candidate. Our goal is to supply approved agency staff, locally, to meet any staffing request at any time, safely and securely.


We operate one of the most advanced systems of compliance in the UK. It is audited and reviewed on a continuous basis. Our division of compliance staff is trained and works exclusively in this important discipline. All their work is further verified by our Quality Control team.


The compliance process is supported by our own advanced IT system – Enterprise – which was developed in-house over five years. There is a rigorous system of controls and safeguards for compliance. This ensures that all staff that are available for placement are fully validated, and that all renewable registrations are up-to-date.


Ambition 24direct (A24 Group) is regulated by the CQC in England to provide the following activities:

The Regulation and Improvement Authority in Northern Ireland as a nurses agency and with the


Scottish Care Commission in Scotland as a domiciliary care and nursing agency.
