Ambition 24direct operates throughout England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you wish to discuss homecare nursing for a client or other patient, please contact us. We can meet with you or discuss your initial interest by phone. You can then book an appointment for an initial assessment.


Once you've booked, at the agreed appointment time a qualified nurse will visit the patient at home (or other location) for an initial assessment of care needs. You'll then receive a telephone call within 24 hours to agree a schedule of visits by a care giver or nurse, if you decide to go ahead. You can book the programme of homecare.
