Germaine de Cappuccini introduces Spa in Crete


Crete’s luxury Daios Cove Resort has introduced a Spa by Germaine de Cappuccini. Located on a hillside, Daios Cove’s 2,500 square metre Spa is a zen- like sanctuary with soothing aromas and soft, relaxing music.


Facilities include a fully equipped Technogym, eight treatment rooms, two facial studios, three body treatment rooms, two double suites, a Thai massage studio and a beauty salon.


Luxury skin care brand Germaine de Cappuccini have selected a collection of products and therapies exclusively for Daios Cove offering a range of treatments to relax, revitalise and re- energise the whole body.

Clarins launch newSpa in Parisian hotel


Skin care brand Clarins has launched a new €40m Spa at the Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris Hotel.


The Spa, described as a ‘white paradise’, has been created by French designer Philippe Strack, who also worked on the €69m refurbishment of the five-star Le Royal Monceu.


The Spa My Blend by Clarins is a flagship for the group and the launch pad for My Blend, a premium customisable skin care and treatment line that’s targeting luxury operators. It’s also Clarins’ first full-service Spa complete with seven treatment rooms, a 28m pool, male and female hydrothermal suites, a gym and four training rooms.


The aim is to slowly roll out the concept in luxury hotels around the world.

Steiner open Spa inMaldives


Steiner Leisure have announced that its Spa brand Chavana Spa has entered into a new agreement to operate a Spa facility at the Chaaya Lagoon Hakura Huraa, located in Memmu Atoll, Maldives.


The agreement is set to last for five years with a two-year extension if there has been no default under the agreement. During this time, Steiner Leisure will invest a total of $400,000 into the project.


Unique signature treatments by Chavana Spa are provided and amongst the newly completed facilities is a dedicated reception and retail area and five double treatment villas, with amenities including baths and steam showers.

Organic treatment launch


Ciúin Spa and Wellness Centre at the Slieve Russell Hotel, Co.Cavan has recently launched an exclusive range of Spiezia Organics Spa treatments.


Speizian Organics products and Spa treatments are handmade and entirely organic. The treatments have only been available north of the border until now, with the products previously retailing exclusively in Harvey Nichols in Dundrum.


Ciúin Spa and Wellness is offering the brand’s Face Facts treatments to begin with, which will be followed by Spiezia body treatments in the coming months. The brand’s retail products are also available from the Spa.

Angsana Spa creates luxury products


The Angsana Spa at the Brehon, Killarney has created a luxurious blend of products inspired by ancient royal recipes and exotic treatments in easy-to-carry bottles.
