Networking Breakfasts! These monthly events, sponsored and promoted by Natural Awakenings magazine and hosted by a local business or practitioner, include breakfast and discussion and are open to everyone interested in sharing information about health. Attendees come to expand individual and professional networks and learn about local organizations, services, and products for enhancing wellness. The next breakfast will be held on Tuesday October 11 from 8 to 10 a.m. Tony Urbano, owner of Dharma Yoga Center in Orange, will discuss his holistic approach to yoga including use of props, the importance of maintaining range of motion and bone density, mindfulness, and managing diet and stress.
