atients who have recently received the diagnosis of breast cancer are going to need three things:
High quality, easy to understand information about breast cancer and its treatment A specialised centre for treatment A support system of people sharing the same journey This is what Breast Cancer Arabia
aims to provide through a series of interactive videos, created by UAE breast cancer specialist Dr Richard Reyes. Members to the website can gain access to a wealth of information about the disease, lists of specialist facilities in the Middle East region for treatment, and an interactive community of people who have experienced breast cancer in one way or another. The mission of the Breast Cancer
Arabia foundation is to pay for treatment for those women who are unable to afford it, and to educate doctors and nurses in the disease. With this in mind, the following events are taking place in the UAE to allow people to get involved and help fight the disease, and to raise vital funds to help those patients in need: Design a t-shirt competition This will run throughout October in the UAE and is open to children aged between 9 and 19. A panel from Breast Cancer Arabia together with their fashion partner SPLASH will judge the winning design. The

October, 9000 people are expected to gather to watch Breast Cancer Arabia attempt this world record. A Guinness World Records adjudicator will be present to confirm the record and present a certificate should the record be broken. This event is not to be missed!
