Job Description This position will provide support for the Director of Energy & Utilities and the Senior Environmental manager with the management implementation and control of the company's energy and environmental programmes. The role will be based at Hilton Worldwide’s regional offices in Watford. The main responsibilities will include collating information, analysing trends, identifying opportunities and advising hotels in the use of energy efficient technology. Other responsibilities will include helping to develop business plans and reports, assisting in training / development of team members and ensuring compliance with company and EU environmental legislation.
The successful candidate should possess the following: • A qualification in an engineering / environmental related discipline, or relevant experience in lieu thereof.
• Excellent communication and IT skills. • Ability to provide a simple explanation of engineering matters to non-technical colleagues whilst being able to discuss and direct complex issues with industry experts.
• Ability to engage, motivate and provide mentoring to team members. • Ability to direct collaboration among cross-functional teams including external resources. • Ability to analyse departmental data, take initiative, identify priorities and make recommendations.

We have an excing opportunity for a CAD technician with 12 years’ experience to join our London Oce. Working directly with our engineers and project teams, the CAD technician will be draughng design detail and schemac presentaons of M&E services in buildings.
This role requires a movated team player who cares about design detail and presentaon, and who is keen and willing to learn. In addion to full IT literacy, the essenal skill for this role is a working knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of soware programmes such as Revit would be ideal. A background in design and technology, or previous experience within a Building Services Consultancy is desirable.
