Want to make your wedding more social? Check out Social Tables!

Want to get your guests socializing before your wedding? Or help them to keep in touch after?

Check out the new site — SocialTables.com. It helps you to plan your seating chart and then “socialize” your tables by accessing social media information in the guest profiles so they can interact with each other.

Guests can post notes directly to the tables, view profiles of guests, connect to their Facebook and Twitter accounts, post photos and get to know table-mates better.

WED had a chance to speak with one of the founders, Dan Berger, about Social Tables. Dan had been to quite a few weddings recently and found himself sitting at “the singles” table but spending a lot of time in the small talk zone. He met his co-founder Matt Tendler who had some similar experiences and Social Tables was born!

Social Tables is brand new and evolving, with new features being added all the time. Dan and Matt are open to feedback and listen to their users so try it out and be sure to let them know what you think! It’s free (for now) so give it a go for your wedding!
