LETTER FROM THE EDITOR Happy New Year! I know it is March, but over here at West Coast Cannabis, it’s a
brand new year! Our first issue came out in March 2008, and as we celebrate our birthday, we also celebrate a new year and a new approach at West Coast Cannabis. Starting this month, and over the next few months, we will be unveiling new features both in the magazine and on our website (
www.westcoastcannabis.com). Look for a collective near you at our new collective search engine,
www.wccfinder.com. What we need from you is feedback. Tell us what you would like to see in the magazine.
Send us articles, pictures, recipes, videos, compliments, complaints, advice, and tips. Heard of a new strain? Tell us about it. Are you holding a cannabis related event? Tell us about it. Got a great picture you want to share? Send it on over! We want everyone in the Cannabis Community to be involved with West Coast Cannabis Magazine. Don’t just read it. Contribute to it. I would like to thank everyone that has been with West Coast Cannabis Magazine over
the past 3 Years. From the folks who helped to start the magazine (Richard Lee, Kevin Miyamoto, Jeffery and Dan Peterson) to the people that have helped it grow (Michael Levitt, Hera Lee, Nicky Duzy, Misha Frankly, Chris in Santa Cruz, RachieBake) to all the new folks that are here to make sure we have continued success (Stephanie Bishop, Mark Reitman, Casey Jennet, Tim the Enchanter, Ed Disney) and all of our advertisers over the past 3 years. We would not be here if weren’t for you. Thank you very very much. This month, we have a fantastic and informative travel article from new staff writer Ed
Murrieta, a great strain review from Dragonfly, Subcool talking about his new Kush strain, a brand new feature called Trailblazers, where we interview pioneers in the Cannabis Movement (this month is the phenomenal Steve DeAngelo), Ask Ed, a recipe for medicated avocado butter, and more! Thank you so much for supporting West Coast Cannabis
Magazine, and please get involved and let us know what you would like to see and how we can better serve the Cannabis Community.
