Dublin based Academy, MakeupFabLicious, is offering the ITEC certificate in make-up at a discounted rate for a limited period.
The college, having decided to offer people a chance to enter the industry without having to incur high fees, has seen a surge in registration for all of its courses.
“You can train as a make-up artist for instance within a few months and attain a qualification in that period and thus you are in a position to start earning,” says MakeupFabLicious founder, Rossana Dickinson. “There is also a big opportunity to travel and work abroad.”

Rebrand complete!
The Irish Academy have completed their rebranding process, formerly changing their name to The Waverley Academy.
The new image is a result of expansion within the company over the past two years and additional programmes that the academy will be offering.
Student Plus is a new category which incorporates Student Membership giving cover for case studies and work experience.
In addition it covers students who have qualified in modules and would like to work on clients professionally to earn money.
Student Plus Members receive all the benefits that a Full Member receives but at a fraction of the cost, with cover continuing for a whole year even after graduation.
