Glacial Shells to launch thismonth

Shared Beauty Secrets, the company behind the Lava Shell Massage, is launching the Glacial Shell Detox Massage in collaboration with Arbonne Sea Source, at Urban Retreat at Harrods this month.

During the treatment the therapist uses one heated and one chilled shell to massage the legs and stomach using long flowing movements. The combination of hot and cold on sensory points aids the breakdown of fatty tissues, stimulates and sluggish circulation, and moves uncomfortable build up in the digestive system.

Victoria Battersby, Beauty Manager at Urban Retreat at Harrods says: “We are thrilled to be offering such a unique treatment to our clients. In all my years of therapy and having experienced the treatment first hand, I was most impressed with the detoxifying results the Glacial Shells give in combination with the mineral products.”
