A B&L Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers and new busi- ness opportunities. In this position you will evaluate the market, attend tradeshows and conferences, and make appointments. You will also audit the prospect's current ERP system, prepare professional proposals, make winning presentations, write orders, and close sales. The Account Executive will take responsibility for the care of the customer through transition to the Client Services Department.


Responsibilities: • Achieve assigned sales targets • Prospect and develop new client relationships • Maintain contact with existing clients to obtain additional business • Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations


• Make actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements


• Resolve sales or delivery issues Qualifi cations: • 4+ years in a sales capacity • Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent problem solving skills • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Superior business and negotiation skills • Ability and willingness to travel • Bachelors degree

PROCESS CONTROL MANAGER–Granite City, Illinois


This person reports to the Director of Quality Assurance but also takes direction from the Director of Operations, and the VP of Quality Assurance. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:


• Monitoring all process control functions and assisting in process control needs for the Global Quality Network. This includes the following areas: mold making , sand lab and sand testing, core making, mold handling and pouring processes.


• Monitoring and maintaining acceptable results for the following quality metrics: general quality issues, scrap, fi rst pass yield, customer complaints, and process audit results.


• Maintaining Process documentation. • Training and utilizing the Process Control Department resources • Assisting in maintaining ASFK certifi cation related to AAR, ISO, and TTX.


* If the candidate is a metallurgist, responsibilities would also include melting, heat treating, fl ame hardening and welding processes. Job Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years related foundry experience, preferably steel foundry experience. • Technical degree in related engineering fi eld, preferably metallurgy • Good knowledge of corrective action reporting, especially root cause analysis
