HELP WANTED Manufacturing Engineer EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering from four-year College or university; or fi ve years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education experience in a manufacturing environment specializing in machining and/or foundry.


SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced, Cost Estimator / Cost Engineer to perform estimating/cost analyst for machining and/ or foundry environment. Working from blue prints, electronic models, prototypes, and change orders, cost estimates and determines equipment, tooling, materials, and methods of manufacture required to produce a particular product in scheduled quantities consistent with quality specifi cations asked by customer. Position will also require use of “Cost Estimate” software along with modeling software.


• Experience in the following processes: casting, molding, patterns, core boxes, heat treatment, assembly, milling, turning, broaching, balancing, drilling, grinding, work holding fi xture design, gauging.


• Must have experience with ISO, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), GD&T


• Travel up to 10% - both domestic and international.


• Customer Support - Work with Customers to provide necessary and appropriate program launch and continuous improvement.
