Student Growth, Performance Evaluations, and Differentiated Compensation: A One-day Conference for School-based Teams Focusing on Right People, Right Measures, and Right Practices

Battelle for Kids (BFK) will facilitate this one-day conference with teams of local Virginia educators focused on three pillars of school improvement. The purpose of the conference will be to provide school leaders and teachers an introduction to topics such as value -added data, performance evaluation, and strategic compensation, present the national education landscape related to these topics, and leave participants with an understanding of how the strategies fit together.
